Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and ClipioStudio ("Anshu Raj Singh Chauhan"), concerning your access to and use of the website https://clipiostudio.com (the "Site") and any related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Our Services allow you to upload personal photos and order custom acrylic photo frames. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use and print the photos you upload, and that they do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

1. Our Services

ClipioStudio provides custom acrylic photo frame printing and shipping services. The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). You retain ownership of photos you upload; by submitting a photo, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to fulfill your order.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; you will maintain the accuracy of such information; you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms; you will not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights; and you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Orders, Shipping & Cancellation Policy

All orders are custom-made based on your selected configuration and uploaded photo. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We ship across India. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, all purchases made through our Services are final and non-refundable once production has started. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for custom frame orders after production begins. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
